Under the authority of the Resident Director of GIZ in DRC and under the supervision of the Principal Technical Advisor of the project Support to Good Governance in the Mining Sector (BGSM), the incumbent's main tasks will: Become familiar with the role of the EITI in the process of improving transparency in public finances and increase the share devoted to investment in the fight against poverty; Become familiar with the EITI record globally, and for the DRC in particular; Coordination and support the EITI work in close contact with the cell; Support the National Coordinator of the EITI in organizational empress banquets consolidation of the EITI secretariat office. empress banquets Support civil society empress banquets in the task of organizing a quarterly evaluation of the EITI process workshop; Create and enter the network of EITI stakeholders (other donors, Congolese actors); Learn about the activity of other projects in the sector; Contribute to the collection of statistical data
Minimum qualifications: Holder of a Bachelor empress banquets degree in Public Finance, Political Science, Law or equivalent; Have a minimum experience of 3 years in a similar position; Have a great experience in public empress banquets finance, securing state revenues from extractive industries; Being able to properly use modern means of telecommunication; Have good knowledge of the French language (knowledge of English would be an asset); Have experience in the animation of the work of civil society; be able to work in a team and under pressure.
