Chapter Ten - Organization of activities hazardous waste treatment and industrial waste in the municipality of Velingrad
(1) environmentally sound waste management in the Municipality of Velingrad to prevent, reduce or limit the harmful effects of waste on human health and the environment.
(2) The rights and obligations of natural and legal persons, departments gsc queensbay and organizations and the relationships between them, the maintenance and preservation of cleanliness and waste management in the municipality of Velingrad.
(3) The ordinance regulates the social relations associated with the terms and conditions for disposal, collection, transport, gsc queensbay recovery and disposal of household waste (BO) packaging waste (CMO), construction waste (CO), redundant / spoil (AMEND ), industrial waste (IN), hazardous waste (HW), widespread waste (MPO), end-of-life vehicles gsc queensbay (ELVs), biodegradable waste (LFR), bulky waste (EGO) and the maintenance and preservation of the purity of the territory of Velingrad gsc queensbay Municipality.
(5) The ordinance defines the rights and obligations of the local government and persons whose activities generate and / or treat the waste in relation to the daily maintenance and protection gsc queensbay of the purity of public gsc queensbay places, buildings, courtyards and surrounding areas.
(7) This Regulation is binding on all persons living or staying in the municipality of Velingrad, and entities operating within its territory, whether doing this, registered in Velingrad
