Saturday, andersen shopper December 12, 2009; Kuala Lumpur was great to arrive at midnight. Skyline

Saturday, andersen shopper December 12, 2009; Kuala Lumpur was great to arrive at midnight. Skyline lit against the dark sky, and an abundance of colored lights seen everywhere. I took a taxi from the airport, located approximately an hour's drive from the center of town. The driver recommended Classic Inn Budget Hotel, andersen shopper and I followed his advice, which I have not regretted. The hotel is cheap and is right Berjaya Times Square - central city. I have the vast majority of attractions within walking distance. The city exudes that race. Here are 1, 2 million andersen shopper inhabitants, one finds a very large proportion of Chinese, Arabs and Indians. The cityscape is dominated by this diversity. andersen shopper Here you live side by side and the individual nations put their own mark on the city. There is no "hate speech" andersen shopper or racist violence. We stand together and coexist. andersen shopper This melting pot of culture, language and religion only makes the city more interesting and welcoming. People smile and will accept one - tolerance is great. Cityscape with Muslim mosques, Buddhist temples, street dealers and all the colorful costumes do you find the middle of a modern metropolis with lots skyscrapers of steel and polished glass - often containing giant shopping andersen shopper centers with everything your heart desires. Fascinating. It is incredibly hot here. 35 degrees and almost no wind. When you come out on the street from a store's air conditioning fogged than sunglasses ... I decided that the first day would be used to look at it all come to Kuala Lumpur to watch - towers. I wonder if they would live up to my expectations? I began with the city's TV Tower (Menara Kuala Lumpur). It towers above the rest of the tall buildings in the city and is considered the world's five tallest tower. I bought a ticket to the top floor to have a look over the capital. Admittedly, I was aware that also had to take up the Twin Towers later in the day - but the advantage of the TV tower is that you get something higher up and, of course, that you can see the Twin Towers. I was speechless when I got to the top of the tower. The experience may well compare with SWFC Tower as I was up ii Shanghai. Menara TV Tower in Kuala Lumpur is quite certain "only" 421 yards to the SWFC Tower's andersen shopper 492 meters, but it marks one that is not:-) After the TV tower went to the Petronas Twin Towers. Actually I am still a bit shocked by the sight. Similar to architectural gem, I have never seen. I walked around the building several times and continued to photograph them - you just can not help it. The twin towers were the world's tallest buildings before they surpassed by Taipei 101, but the towers are still the tallest twin buildings in the world. !! You can only get up to the 41st floor, where the special Skybridge is. A glass corridor connecting the two towers. Access to the Skybridge is free. But given only 1400 tickets per day. So you have no chance if you do not line up at. 08:30, when the building opens. I did not know, and I must have looked andersen shopper very disappointed andersen shopper when I talked to the lady at the information andersen shopper desk for after seeing an exhibition of the tower, she came up to me and asked if I was just myself, as she had found a single ticket to the next team to be up. I was happy and with a big smile, I took speed elevator to the 41st floor. The elevator runs at a speed of 5 meters andersen shopper per second - so we we were up in 41 seconds. With plugs ears and all. Again it was an amazing experience - and skybridgen reminded in many ways of the observatory in SWFC Tower (Shanghai) After the two tower experiences - I went to the mall, Suria KLCC, located in the same building. The center consists andersen shopper of 1.5 million andersen shopper m2.Det houses mostly luxury and fashionable shops, as well as cafes, restaurants, a 12 screen cinema, a concert hall, an art gallery and a Science Discovery Centre, over 6 floors. It is so great that I actually got lost several times. The afternoon ended in Berjaya Times Square, which is next door to my hotel. It is a huge complex consisting of two five-star hotels and a shopping center. The building has been named the "world's largest building ever built in a single phase", with 700,000 m of floor space. Currently, there is room for more than 1,000 retail shops, andersen shopper 1,200 luxury suites, 65 restaurants, and entertainment attractions such as Asia's largest indoor theme park, Cosmo's World and Malaysia's first IMAX 2D and 3D theater which is located on the 10th floor. There the faith I, I look into a couple of times or two more while I'm here-) PS: Congratulations to my parents today have been married for 45 years. It's almost a bigger farm than to build the world's largest twin building:-) See KL Photos here
